Concerning commenting culture on DA I've observed exactly what you describe in your journal "rant". Commenting is not just clicking what seem so be much easier. Writing is work (like thinking, or so it seems to me sometimes listening to people). That really is sad! At that point I'd like to mention that the general comments like "I like it" or "boah" or "thanks for the fav" aren't very helpful either... They don't tell you anything more than the klicks or download counter...

Well, I'd like to go a different way, but, as I experienced since my not so long active time here on DA, that it's quite timeconsuming. Fortunately the work is appreciated most times.

What I can say to your work/galery: I appreciate he mixture of works in "manga"style and in different comic style. Most people are quite "obsessed" with one of these options, rarely trying out something different. But as I see there aren't only pictures in your galery, but texts too. Does that imply you're going to draw comic books too? Or are the illustrations and the text to be kept separate? If I've time, I'll have a look at your writing.
